About FRATERNITY FUND LTD. (the "Fund")

Fraternity Fund is a fund of hedge funds which invests in a basket of
diversified funds that are managed by world class Alternative Investment
Managers including George Soros.

Fraternity Fund Ltd. (the "Fund") is an International Business Company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands on 10 December 1993 and commenced operations on 1 January 1994. The Fund is registered as a public mutual fund under the Mutual Funds Act, 1996 of the British Virgin Islands (as amended). The Fund was organized by Fraternity Fund Management Ltd. It is an "open-ended fund" as hereunder described. See "Subscriptions" and "Redemptions". The financial year-end of the fund is 31 December.
